When adding comments to a page using the webpage, the text should be wrapped at approx. 80 characters.

Why? That stuff gets messy quick when you start adding >> quote markers. (Notices all the =20 muck in the mailman archives.)

This is done in mailouts now (#340 need better filling of mailout paragraphs). It's tempting to do it for the page source as well - I often find myself doing it manually when editing a page with emacs. However, if we re-wrap/fill page source we may break freeform wiki links and text formatting markups which need to be on a single line. So, unless someone can show how to wrap while preserving those things, I think best policy is not to do this automatically.
