Could be the known python/zope crashing issue; see if python 2.1.3 + zope 2.5.1 fixes it.

Eg: browse back through [GeneralDiscussion/diff]?

No they didn't, at least on this freebsd server. See ZopeIssue:560.

Duplicate bug of [[[#226 on freebsd, python/zope may crash repeatably when browsing diffs or saving certain pages] on FreeBSD?, python may crash repeatably when viewing or saving certain wiki pages] on FreeBSD?, python may crash repeatably when viewing or saving certain wiki pages]. I'll close this bug.

Not quite a duplicate, but one manifestation of [[[#226 on freebsd, python/zope may crash repeatably when browsing diffs or saving certain pages] on FreeBSD?, python may crash repeatably when viewing or saving certain wiki pages] on FreeBSD?, python may crash repeatably when viewing or saving certain wiki pages]: zope crashes with aieee error code 11 (SIGSEGV). We should mention this is probably related to python on FreeBSD?. One fix for this particular failure was posted on the ZopeLists? within the last two months. I think it was different from simply extending the stack size as on [[[#226 on freebsd, python/zope may crash repeatably when browsing diffs or saving certain pages] on FreeBSD?, python may crash repeatably when viewing or saving certain wiki pages] on FreeBSD?, python may crash repeatably when viewing or saving certain wiki pages]. But I could be wrong. These issues are morphing confusingly.

Or maybe I'm confusing this with Peter Keller's SIGFPE issue.
