renderLinksIn is used in tracker.py rendering also.

tracker pages crash when including a wiki link to a page in a parent folder.

After reading through code it looked like this might affect other pages, as the tracker code was based on others... The only page type I could repropduce it with is issue+links

This one reaks havok on sub-wiki-links in dtml based standard_wiki_header or bookmarks:

In the following "DeanGoodmanson" is a page in my root wiki, in my bookmarks, and will not render footer from a sub-wiki.

copied from SubWikiDiscussion - I finished my SubWikiExampleTwo (PersonalSubWiki??) today. All is fine except for one issue: I copied several pages from the ParentWiki? to the new SubWiki. The pages with text+links type throw an unamed error. When addressing them via editform-URL and changing the type, they're ok, but changing back to t+l brings the error back.
