Zwiki's default skin is still mostly defined by DTML methods, although equivalent page templates are shipped. For simplicity and consistency with other skins, let's discontinue the DTML and use page templates throughout.

My only reservation here was moving from DTML to a page template for the main page view, since I've heard PT's are about half as fast as DTML methods. It looks like this was already done, so I won't worry about it now. Someone should do this benchmark though.
