Maybe it's just my sense of aesthetics, but the current wiki page name is just too large in the wiki page header. It actually touches (at any resolution) the parent line above it. Tacky, in my opinion.

The fix is simple (just downstep one "big"), and here's a patch for it:

I should probably add that I am using it in a Plone instance. I notice that it doesn't touch the parent line on the ZWiki.org site. That's good, but I still think it's too large.
