Sitting down here in NZ (12 or 13 hours ahead of UTC) it occasionally irks me (very slightly) that the timezones available in ZWiki UserOptions? run from 'GMT+1130' to 'GMT-1130' only. I know ... I should get out more ... but ...

By my recollection and a quick glance at my timezones file, the currently established timezones range from Samoa (SST 11 hours behind UTC) to Kiribati and Tonga (LINT,TODT 14 hours ahead).

Does anything really bad (e.g. entropy reversal) happen if a page gets an update time offset outside the +/- 12hr range? I assume not - in fact it appears that these offsets are for human consumption only.

And if not, could some kind (bored?) person merge the missing zones into UserOptions?.stxdtml?

+14.. I had no idea, who'd have thought. Our current form is quite primitive but it now offers timezones from -11 to +14 hours. Thanks.

The DateTime? class doesn't seem to handle GMT+1330 and GMT+1400 (toZone gives an error). I've simply removed those from the list, if someone has a better solution I'll be glad to use it.
