If a Wiki page is created with the ID 'FooBar?', but someone changes the title of the page through the ZMI to 'This Is My Page', when the "edit" link is clicked and you go to the editform, the page that will be updated will be the title of the page, not the id. If the title doesn't exist, it will create it as a new Wiki page.

If you look at the HTML for edit form, you'll see a hidden input tag with the name "page". This is set to the title, not the id of the Wiki page.

Thanks; see also #551 Zwiki's title-id linkage can be surprising, causes confusion. If we need to do more than document this, then let's discuss it there.
