On this wiki, a "Guide" is a longer document that aims to give a complete treatment of a subject. Guides are narrative documentation, with less hyperlinking than typical wiki pages - it should be possible to read the guide from start to finish without having to click, and for a printout to be a useful reference.

Actually, we don't do that so much here, but if you add /print to the guide page url you'll get that effect.

All pages ending in Guide:

<ul> <dtml-in pageNames prefix=x sort> <dtml-if "x_sequence_item[-5:]?=='Guide'">

<li><dtml-var "wikilink(x_sequence_item)">

</dtml-if> </dtml-in> </ul>

don't understand... --TomCloyd, Wed, 03 Aug 2005 12:53:28 -0700 reply

The phrase "...if you add /print to the guide page url you'll get that effect." needs clarification, for me. Add to the URL or to the page? And WHAT effect?
