Growing ZopeWiki quickly, the following style of creating pages seems to be quite useful:

normal page creation: --
edit a page, add a new wiki link, save, click ?
linkless page creation: --
in your browser's url field, append '/editform?page=NewPage?' and hit enter (/createform is more correct but longer).

In both cases, the new page will be a child of the page you start from, but the second way relies on ZWiki's subtopics display to show the link, instead of displaying it twice.

This may make backlinks less useful, on the other hand explicit links will become more meaningful and renaming may be easier (fewer links to update). Experiment.
