Here's how it looks in plone 2.0:

Plone 2.0's plone.css defines a top margin of -1.5em for the documentActions class. This has no visual effect as long at the icons are alone in that corner, but in firefox at least adding anything above or below leads to visual glitches. I haven't been able to find any workaround other than not showing the document actions at all. I'm considering this, what do you think ?

Generally though, Zwiki needs to be able to override plone styles with it's own (some but probably not all of the stuff in the standard skin's stylesheet), and once this is supported we could override this problematic plone 2.0 style (making it like plone 2.1, which should be safe enough.)

Meanwhile, if you're a plone 2.0 user with this problem: customize the portal_skins/zwiki_standard/pageheader template and disable the call to the document_actions macro.

fixed for 0.53 --simon, Mon, 01 May 2006 18:29:27 -0700 reply

Status: open => closed now uses plone main_template's convenient css_slot to override the documentActions style.

Name: '#1253 last edited by and document action icons overlap in plone 2.0' => '#1253 last edited by and document action icons overlap'

This happened again with Plone 3. It has been fixed in darcs (by hiding document actions).
