To generate valid HTML, all << should be converted to &lt;&lt;.

This will make Zwiki pages (more) HTML-compliant, and fixes problems with auto-linking URL's, such as:

some text <<17 some text

As you see, the previous URL isn't linked.

Should zwiki get involved with more text hacks, or should we point to RST ? Is this a standard behaviour of other tools ?
