I see this now too, in a certain wiki in plone 2.0. Bizarre. Starting an issue.

Don't worry --Tue, 06 Apr 2004 17:54:29 -0700 reply

Don't worry, I seem to have solved the problem in my case anyway. Turns out that it was a problem with Zope interpreting my timezone. Being in Australia on the east coast my tzname is EST and it gets confused with the US/EST, hence being 14 hours in the future. I had to change 'DateTime?.py' in Zope to use:

This tells it when the daylight savings is and stuff, I think.

Also manifests in other Plone 2.0 content --Mon, 12 Apr 2004 21:34:08 -0700 reply

I have had a problem when editing published documents on Z2.6.4/Plone 2 - they nolonger showed up in searches, until I manually updated the effective date. Your fix (I am Australia/Hobart TZ) resolved this problem (and fixed ZWiki as well).

our solution --Tue, 13 Apr 2004 19:46:23 -0700 reply, change:

elapsed = self.getPhysicalRoot().ZopeTime() - time

elapsed = DateTime?(self.getPhysicalRoot().ZopeTime().ISO()) - time

resolved ? --simon, Mon, 24 May 2004 04:42:57 -0700 reply

I don't understand how the zwiki fix works ? It looks to me like the proper fix is the zope one. I'll close this if you agree. Does this need to be on KnownIssues ?

Should be fixed with other time zone stuff --betabug, Tue, 17 Jul 2007 02:48:22 -0700 reply
