In standard skin, when clicking on full/simple/minimal on top of the page, then in the next page (redirected from useroptionsdtml.dtml) the i18nized strings dont use utf-8 encoding to be displayed, and non-ascii char are badly presented. an http header about encoding is probably not sent by useroptionsdtml.dtml.

more globally, some other redirections from other pages (rename, reparent, etc...) do not include the utf8 encoding header.

Can anyone, on windows or elsewhere, reproduce this with a recent version ? If not I'll close it.
