Problem One
Place the following at the beginning of a ZWiki page:

    Title One

      - Words for Title One

    Title Two

      - Words for Title Two

    Title Three

      - Words for Title Three

Everything will render as one would expect.
Now, edit and remove Title One from the page.
Oops! The Words for Title Two will now appear indented under Words for Title One and Words for Title Three will appear under Title Two. Title Three will become just plain text.

Problem Two
Place the following on a ZWiki page:
!Please visit the HelpPage or the FrontPage (Note: exclamation mark in second column)

Please visit the HelpPage or the FrontPage

!Please visit the HelpPage or the FrontPage

The first two lines will display the proper ZWiki links.
If an exclamation mark is placed in the first column, it affects the ZWiki links on the entire line.

Nicely documented. Problem two is exactly how it's supposed to work (see WikiNameEscape). Problem one is a StructuredText weakness that doesn't look easy to compensate for, without rewriting STX which I won't do, so I would probably resolve this by adding it to TextFormattingSurprises.
