This doesn't make any sense to me, discussionSeparator is just a mini-method that returns a snippet of html in a string, it's not likely this is being returned to a browser as-is. Messing with the headers here will cause pain and confusion at some point in the future (e.g. if someone really wants to change the encoding). Also this thing probably would belong into a ZPT or a macro.

I'm closing this, if you can tell me why we would need this, then please reopen!
