If a page is renamed, and Zwiki keeps a page with the old name --stating that the page has been removed and can be deleted if it's no longer needed or something-- then the following problems show up:

  1. The title of the page will be rendered the same as the URL, containing weird stuff instead of accented letters. 2. The internationalized message on the page will be shown with wrong (8-bit) encoding, thus displaying question marks instead of accented letters (similar to #967)
