"Help" here means the docs built in to the default skin and the default wiki content. Goals for an overhaul of Zwiki help:
- Improve the default help pages, for wiki users and managers
- update the HelpPage (begun)
- update the DefaultWikiTemplates
- rename things.. QuickHelp?, GettingStarted?, Introduction, UserHelp?/AdminHelp?...
- AdoptRestructuredText
- indentify the official help pages and group them under the ZWiki page
- clarify the process for maintaining help pages
- come up with some plan for multilingual help
- Improve the help for text markup
- show quick help in the edit form, appropriate for the page type
- link to more complete docs for the current markup
- Improve the UI help in general
- add access keys to tooltips
- link to more complete docs on zwiki.org where appropriate
